- A University of Minnesota graduate with a B.A. degree in Global Studies, Nicole Yarbrough is concerned with poverty, economic development, trade and policy, public health, and food security. Shouldn't it be the other way around? Real estate in downtowns is usually much higher than the surrounding metro in most cities (MVA map of camden from TRF).
